Singing CKR SHK and HSZSN

I love to sing the Reiki symbols, outloud and in my mind. It helps me feel the resonance of their energy in my body and stay grounded and present with the person I'm working on. 

The fun thing is that I will sing the the symbols slow and then faster and then slow again, as needed.

Here is a meditation I did with the symbols, including Master symbols and extra symbols such as earth-based symbols.

Feel free to make up your own tune for the symbols!

For the peeps that know music theory, I personally find minor third intervals comforting, and help me get in the zone. That may not be the case for you, so you do you. The only way you can go wrong is if you act like an a-hole on purpose. 😉 ;)
